How do you and a client measure ROI?

Prior to commencing a project, we establish the measures of success for the project in partnership with the client. This provides the parameters for a Service Level Agreement (SLA) against which efficacy of the project is measured. We pay equal attention to the return on learning for faculty and students and the return on investment for the organisation. We will only commit to a project if I believe I can contribute to both.

 

What if a client measures no improvement after your intervention?

You’ve said it yourself, providers are time and resource poor. Why would they spend money on an external party not already on the payroll, with no guarantee of success?

Can’t you just provide a short workshop on aligning education and business needs for key staff to then execute on?
